Moodmeld is a Mood-driven, interest-based and AI-powered social networking app, that allows users to express, explore, create, find and connect based on the Emotion/Moods and Interests.
I didn’t start MoodMeld with a team or funding. I started it with a feeling — the kind of feeling you can’t post about, but wish someone understood.
For a some time, I felt like the digital world , that's the techs that are being launched everyday was kind of loud and entertaining, but emotionally empty. Social apps were everywhere, yet no one really seemed connected. I’d scroll through posts and stories, but none of them felt like they reflected where I was mentally or emotionally. And when I tried to post how I actually felt, it either got ignored or misunderstood or people laughed about it.
That’s when the idea hit me: what if there was a platform where how you feel was the starting point — not an afterthought?
I didn’t have a team. I wasn’t backed by some incubator. I am just a young founder with a belief that emotional expression and smart technology could exist in the same space — without judgment, without clout-chasing, without toxicity.
So I started building.
I taught myself what I didn’t know. I used coding tools to learn what I couldn’t code myself. I spent months researching user psychology, AI, mental health, and design flows that make people feel safe, not triggered. I didn’t just want to build another social app — I wanted to build a space where people could discover content that fits their mood, express how they feel without fear, and even interact with AI personalities who understood them.
MoodMeld became that space.
Today, the MVP is live. Real users are already on it, posting and interacting with the kind of content they wish they’d seen years ago. The AI features — built to reflect different personalities , interests and emotional support types — are getting love from early testers. The mood-based feed is unlike anything they’ve used.
But I’m not done.
What I’ve built so far is only a glimpse of where MoodMeld can go. With the right team, funding, and support, this can evolve into a full-blown ecosystem — for Users , creators, for mental health seekers, for the emotionally aware generation that’s tired of the noise.
I didn’t just build MoodMeld to go viral.
I built it because the world needs an app that understands how it feels to be human and what we want.
And I’m here to make sure it becomes that — no matter how long it takes.
